She is made of muslin which has been painted and sanded. Her nose, mouth and eyebrows are machine sculpted and her big browns are hand penciled. Her hair is needle felted onto her head and is 100 % raw wool, and tied into little muslin stained bows. Her dress is also stained muslin and I have added a vintage piece of eyelet trim to the bottom. Her little crow friend measures only about 4 inches, is painted, sanded and hand penciled. 'Lil Crow is attached to 'Lil Darling, so they stay perfectly posed. *~ They are a perfect addition to your 'Lil black doll or crow collection! I hope you love her them! She is my first appliance cover type doll and I must say, I will be doing more! I'm ready to cover everything! She is made of muslin, has been painted and sanded. Her head is attached seperate. Her lips and nose are perfectly machine sculpted, and her big brown eyes are hand penciled. Her hair is 100% wool and has a beautiful curl to it. She has individual fingers, and of course has no legs, as she is meant to sit atop a toaster or wherever you would like to sit her. Her dress and head wrap are made of stained muslin, her dress I did in a simple design and adorned with a rusty bell and rusty safety pin. Her beautiful apron is made from a heavier muslin fabric which has a wonderful crochet trim. I have added rusty bells and pins to adorn it as well. She measures 22 inches from the top of her head to the bottom of her dress. I love her simple look, and think she would look great anywhere in your prim home, and as an addition to your black doll collection!
