For your consideration I have a set,(3), of Praire Doll ornies /bowl fillers that would look wonderful in any primitive, Folk art, or country home!
These little darlings measure approximately 8 inches tall and approximately 5 inches wide at their widest point. They are made of muslin and each is dressed in fabrics that will go well anytime of the year but especially nice for the Spring/ Summer season. The first is dressed in a light blue with dark blue flowers homespun cotton fabric, the second is dressed in a light green cotton fabric and the last is in a yellowish and homespun fabric that is covered with dynamic colored flowers of orange, red and blue. They all have aprons and hoods that are made of cheese cloth and add to the appearance of age to each! Lastly, all the prairie ladies, and clothes, have been highly primmed with a coffee application and a generous coating of cinnamon! The set would look wonderful in a bowl, in or near your favorite potpourri, a handed down primitive wicker basket, in a favorite bowl or all by themselves! They are totally prim ready for any Americana primitive home or collection! (Sorry but the sale ONLY involves the 3 ornies ..not any accessories.) These items are for Home Decoration ONLY! I have for your consideration a great, and very talented, Snowperson that knows the Irish ballet so well that she even has her own Irish skirt to do it in! This wonderful doll is made of muslin, has ebroidered eyes, nose and mouth. Her chest is adorned wth three black buttons and two sticks have been sewn on for her arms. Her ballerina skirt is made of a coffee, watered down paint mixture covered cheese cloth and sewn on with crotchet thread. Her hat is also made of muslin and painted with a coffee, watered down paint mixture and sewn to her head with crotchet thread. There is a couple of layers of a feather light green yarn encasing the base of her hat giving it a feathery/airy feel.
She is topped off with a primmed scarf of cheesecloth and a rusty bell on the end of her hat. She stands approximately 13 inches from her head to her little ballerina toes, (not including the length of her hat.) I have put a hanger behind her head so that she may hang or stand and would be wonderful as a door greeter, a wall hanging, on a shelf, or around a favorite piece of furniture. She would be a must have for any snowman, primitive or doll collection and would be cute all year round! She was made to sit or hang so the display options are up to you! A thank you also goes to Crow Roost Prims for this great doll pattern. Shipping and handling will be added upon checkout!
